Lap looms such as hexagon and pot holder looms have always been fun to use and can still be found today. Many of the sets are the hexagon looms for creating pillows, hot mats and even afgahns.
This type of loom is excellent therapy for seniors and will fit in just about any small storage space available. They make for a relaxing hobby.
The pot holder loom is the childs beginner loom. They are small enough for little hands to hold, but a big enough challenge to keep the child interested enough to complete a project. It is a simple weaving consisting of anover and under technique.
